I have limited cross reference for watch batteries. If you measure the distance across the widest part of the battery compartment in mm and then the depth of the battery compartment then you can determine the battery need from our watch cell chart. To measure them use a toothpick or something similar and mark with a pen. Them hold the toothpick to the a ruler on the metric side to get the measurements.
The width is used as the first number in the model and the depth is the second to numbers
Examples:
4.8 x 2.15 mm (4)(2.1) = SR421SW
5.8 x 1.25 mm (5)(1.2) = SR512SW
