Try filling the battery cells up with distilled water to there fill lines and let them sit for an hour or so. Then charge the batteries individually. This should bring them back providing they did not sulfate alot during there usage prior to them drying out. You may also need to jump the battery to put a small initial charge on the battery so that your charger will even begin to start charging.
