I want to replace a battery on a solar light. I can't find a NI -MH 2/3 AA 200 mAh .What can I substitute.

You can use a higher mAh rating but I wouldn't go much higher than what was supplied. The solar charger was deigned to charged the original battery and mAh. That means by using a larger mAh rated battery it may not charge fully by the and of the day.
