I changed the battery connectors for my 2009 Toyota Prius to SAE size when I replaced my original battery in 2011.
I purchased an Optima 8071-167 battery for my Prius on 1/27/2017 from HPTautosport.com. When I measure that battery, the dimensions are similar to what you have listed except for the width. Mine is only 5 inches wide and you list the width of the Optima 8071-167 battery as almost 7 inches (6.8125). The battery I have fit fine so I am concerned that this new one might not fit because of the difference in width. I still have a copy of my original order and I have 8071-167 listed on the front of the battery so I know that is the same number. Did Optima change their specifications in the last 3 years or what? Also, if you have this battery in stock, what is the date of manufacture that I will receive when I order it from you? If I don not hear back from you by Wednesday of this week I will obtain the battery I need from your competition.
