The battery I have is an Energizer E90. Actual diameter is 7/16" (11.25mm) and length is 1 5/32". The diameter of a AAA is 13/32" (10mm). The E90BP is VERY close to the Type N battery in size. I am not sure what the differences are between the E90 and the E90 BP. It seems that the E90 BP's cross over to the Energizer type N. My E90 fits snugly in to a Triplett 310 multimeter.
