There are updates that are available for the BMS of the Lithium batteries. See your local Trojan Dealer for help. That could cause the issue that your describing.

local golf cart shop, who also installed them and the guage, as a drop in replacement for the original lead acid batteries. They are lithium batteries (2), wired in parallel.
