Yes you can leave the battery attached. It is a smart charger and stops when the battery is at full capacity. The charger will them periodically check the charged state to determine if it needs to be charged again.
Can or should you leave this charger plugged in all the time? Is it also a tender? I’ve used interstate batteries Dual Pro Professional Series PS4 4 Bank 15 Amp Battery Charger
for years but can’t seem to get 2years out of my deep cycle batteries
