two LM-317 regulators that is set at 6 volts. It appears to be a simple trickle charge with a notice of a 14 hour charge. Will your 1/2 D, NIMH cells work as a replacement for the NICD cells currently installed and not functioning? Thank You P.S do you carry 1/2 D and 4/5 D NICD cells?

Unless your charing unit is made for both charging profiles NiCD and NiMH it will not work. The NiCD and NiMH have very different charging profiles and will cause problems and possibly fires if you charge the wrong chemistry in the charger. Double check with the manufacture to be sure before switching chemistries.
