To install the Trojan HydroLink Watering System on your 48V setup, remove the existing vent caps from each 8V battery and replace them with the HydroLink manifold caps. Press each cap down firmly until it’s fully seated. Connect the manifolds together using the provided tubing so all batteries are linked in sequence. Attach the end cap to the last manifold in the chain, and the quick-connect coupler to the first manifold for filling. Once connected, the system is ready for use—just hook up the HydroLink hand pump when it’s time to water.
